Customer Experience and Logistics Specialist

We are searching for a detail oriented Customer Experience Specialist to service retail accounts, provide customer support and tackle general admin projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to, take ownership, and resolve all customer service inquiries
  • Issue product return authorizations per company policies
  • Collaborate with Marketing department and coordinate with logistics facility to ship regular customer and sample orders
  • Support sales order management tasks including EDI order entry, communication, reporting, invoicing and releasing shipments
  • Verify orders for accuracy
  • Coordinate with logistics facility to manage inventory
  • Set up and manage new international Third Party Logistics Facilities
  • Execute various marketing and sales related administrative projects
  • Support team members and senior leadership as requested
  • Serve as front office point of contact for staff and customers
